How our recordation service works:
First, we’ll review all documents (Non-fatal errors are corrected before submission; Fatal errors are returned to you for correction).
We can record electronically through a secure exchange (when the registry has the capacity).
Traditional mail-out service is available nationwide.
Accompanying documents will also be recorded.
Court filing fees will be processed.
Your order will be tracked and status will be reported through recording confirmation.
